Life sounds hard for you. It is hard for a lot of people at the moment. I can see why a Tory mp knocking would make you flip.
I would suggest you speak to your doctor/psych about what happened, I suspect you have already thought about CAB for advice on benefits etc. Have the medics looked at CBT to deal with some of these stresses?
It is hard but you weren't always like this I guess and don't want to spend the rest of your life like it, channel your energy into positive outcomes and use this as a spur to get the help you need. Make your aim getting out of that door and voting anything but Tory!

I feel ( and please correct me if I am wrong) that most people havent a clue what you are going through let alone have much idea about mental health, we all try to make posative comments but to quote my late Dad
" never judge a mans condition until you have been in his position"
I reall do hope you can get the help and support you need to get your life back on track, my words alone just cant help I wish they could.
I used to live near a massive mental hospital, its been knocked down, the patients havent dissapeared just ended up dead, in prision, hospital etc, its terrible what has happened these people need good care now its all gone, if only every one understood how difficult and common mental health issues are.
