Default Password reset ?

My mobile phone has forgotten my VZi password.

I can't remember it either.

Luckily my PC auto logs in but I can't tell the password it uses.

Is there anyway to reset my password without knowing my old one ?

Thanks

What browser are you using on your PC. If it's auto filling your password then there's usually a list of remembered passwords somewhere - in preferences >security usually.

If you can't find the list - you could try to log in with a 'wrong' password and you will get an error message with a hotlink (Click Here) to click to be sent an automated email with a new temp password to get you in.

Obviously once you've changed your password, you will need to enter the same/new password on your phone.

I hope that makes sense?

Brian,

Thank you for the reply.

I've managed to reset my password to something more memorable.

All good on all devices.

Thanks for the reply.
