VW Breakers in the midlands...
Anyone know of a VW (aircooled) in the midlands?
I'm looking for a 1970 Bonnet in good condition (no dents) with the air vent at the top & chrome trim... Anyone help?

hi
dont know of any in the area, but there is a vw restores at talk pits just of the A500 at the back of freeport he has a lot of different spare. he is in the yellow pages under talk motors, id give him a phone before going up because he doesnt keep spares at the workshop, or go on the the midlands www.volkstorque.co.uk forum and there is a guy on there called tinman, he keeps most spares, in fact hes about as good as a scrap yard, he lives on the A34 towards warsall, look for the thread that say 1000 of vw spare or something like that good luck hope you get sorted
