more goodies arrived today
tinwear and alternator kit (will be powdercoated satin black )
stage 3 clutch, heavy duty daiken plate, dog house cooler fitting kit, coil pack and leads (dizzy less set up ) teflon buttons for the pistons, DTA programmable ECU for the fuel injection and ignition, fuel pressure regulator, fuel rails and 60lb injectors (enough for upto 400bhp )
Just waiting on some 11/32 dowells for the crank and the long block can be built, then the fun of actually getting it to fit the bus shall commence, the header is in the way of the engine support bar so that will have to be extensively modified, the gearbox will have a support cradle made so the engine cannot twist as it is under power,i want a hydraulic clutch as well so that needs sorting, gonna be a long winter

more goodies today
Cosworth throttle body, already has a throttle pot and air bypass valve on so should be fairly straight forward to wire into the ecu
rocker covers, clips and a breather tower and a new dog house cooler
and the bit i've been waiting for, a genuine Garrett t3/4 hybrid turbo, good for anything upto 400bhp with the minimum of lag,
John now has the bigger dowels for my crank and is fitting them this week, as soon as he clears a space we are building it up 'yaaaaaay'
