Reason: Price reduced, as extras have now sold.

Hello slarty,
it is indeed a nice bus, but this is NOT the same bus as on ebay.
Paint, should speak for itself, rear arches were replaced as the previous arches had been cut, albeit only slightly, they have been replaced & etch primed but not filled.
So, the new owner could either match the exisiting paint, or ...........
re paint in the original colours, believed to be seagull grey over mango.
If this was mine...and it was once (a very long story) i would re paint in the original colours, to increase its long term value and desirability.
That said, it is a tough call to make, the blue & cream paint on the bus is very good so its hard to justify a re paint?
I guess it is a matter of personnal preference.
Engine, is in fine working order, starts on the button, runs well, pulls strong, no oil leaks, not sure on the spec., although it is standard, but not original to the bus.

This bus is very, very solid with 99% ZERO RUST.
Cargo floor complete half section replaced, along with the inner & outer sill/rocker. From memory the drivers side is all original and has never been patched up, in fact the whole bus has never been patched up, it is incredibly strong and rust free, which is testament to the dry climate it came from.
Not all buses from SA are rust free, as high levels of humidity in some parts of SA can kill a bus. Not this one though.
Cab floor repaired/replaced.
These panels were replaced in order to make good the previous fiberglass matting that had been laid down on, only slightly perforated metal. Anyone whos ever worked on a bus/bug whatever will know that a little bit of perforation here and there can end up looking like Fred Flinstones daily driver
Interior, up front has the original bench seat base, with a LHD 62 deluxe humpback upright. In the back there is a pair of RHD fullsize benchseats, good frames with even better covers, caramel in colour.
That said they are not included in the price, although the original base bench seat base is.
Front dash has been cut,
Keep those questions coming folks..........
