Default custom bug scooby project

Here's my baby as she was a week ago

Due to her engine packing up just before christmas she has been laid up, but I have now started some major surgery to prepare for a bit of subaru power. Got the radiator in up to now.

this is going to be a full custom bug with little attempt to keep it original, I'm thinking along the lines of Merc headlights, custom rears chopped bonnet, wide rear arches etc etc.....

will keep you all posted.

It's going to be a bit different that's all, the front will stay down to cover the rad while the top bit opens for the luggage compartment.

(I have two bonnets for the job, it just so happens that one is rusted beyond repair around the handle and the other is rusted near the screen)

I did mention that some may not like it
