1959 Black Resto Cal Beetle . . . Chester
 Unfortunately YOM has to go . . . . . Due to baby on the way and buying a house . . . It's a '59 RHD in L41 Black. When we got it, turns out it hadn't been taxed since 1981 and dry stored since then. It's been repainted once in L41 (far few stone chips, but kinda adds to the character), has had a new deck lid at some point and some sill repairs which are spot on. All the interior is OG and looks great with only a few rips. Its still running the original 36hp engine & gearbox and has its original semaphores, all still working and mint. Has all OG floorpans, completely rust free too! Has MOT until December 09 and tax is free!!!!! Has a 5" narrowed adjustable front beam American Eagle polished EMPI 5's Real head turner!!!  Will chuck in a full set of original steelies (still OG paint, no tyres) Various bits and bobs I've collected (stainless nuts, etc) Also has a spare American Eagle polished EMPI 5 (no tyre)  Dont get on here too much (but will be checking over the next couple of days) so you can drop me a mail steve.birkett AT gmail.com or call me 07898457636, cant do viewings this week end as I am away. Looking for £5500 ono      Just realised, not shown in the pics, has albert mirrors fitted. Was also on the resto wagens stand @ volksworld show earlier this year. |

Hup, damn right, its the sweetest ride . . . . . .
Really dont want to sell, but backs against the wall, deposit on the house due 9th october and need to get sorted before the bambino arrives!!! How much does growing up and real life SUCK!!!! C'mon ppl, altho I'm not gonna give YOM away, its also majorly important he goes to a good home, kinda sucks, but time is of the essense, so he's gettin listed on ebay tomoz :S |
