Karmann Ghia Panels

I'm going to maintain this thread as my resto continues. If anyone has any of the following panels (either new repro or sections of a broken car) then I'd be very interested, even if not in perfect condition.



5. Torsion bar cover plate - both sides.
10. Off side floor pan.
16. Front inner wing panel - both sides.
19. Inner wing splash panel - both sides.
20. Front valance bottom plate.



1. Front wing lower section - both sides.
6. Rear outer part of wing - both sides.
10. Off side inner rear wing

Hi,
I may be able to help with some of the panels you require.If you send me your email adress I can send you some pics of what I have. Just for your info Hooky's panel shop do repro splash pans for the front inner wing and are top quality, Just type in Hooky's Panel Shop into google to get contact number.

Just checked out the Hooky's splash panels and they appear to be the cheapest around. Being Hooky's they should be top quality too. Thanks for the tip.

Are the torsion bar coverplates the same as the front valance ones on a bug?

hi. i too have quite a few KG body panels, including section cuts. i have a complete off side section from wheelarch to wheelarch including the heater channel at the front, plus a nearside front heater channel section. drop me your email address and i'll sort some pics.

F4F, not sure but that's a good point. I imagine they're the same design but possibly a different size. I'll check my Beetle one against one of my repair panels.

Hi Steve,

The torsion bar covers and one door handle (off side) are on my need list. How much money are you looking for?

The handle I need is the passenger side (on a left hand drive) and is the later type with the release button on the back of the handle (i.e. not below the handle). I think it may the same as a late Beetle item but I'm not definite.
