I've just set up my online billing with O2 and accidentally set it up for my old account which I stopped using about a year ago. Quite glad I did though as it had £6.59 credit sitting it in, waiting for me to request back.
If you've closed an account or left O2 recently it might be worth checking, there's a form www.o2.co.uk/finalbillrefund
that you have to fill in to request it back.
Surely this should be something done automatically when you leave/change accounts?
