Ok I'm on so I'll address any issues you may have?

Most I have heard of are due to bearing failure, this is due to incorrect shimming, you can't run a grooved belt incorrectly shimmed and expect the vanes on the belt to hold up!

If you cant fit stuff right you can't complain in it fails!
