If you have not visited VW Action before – then you really should – unlike any of the other shows at Santa Pod Raceway, it is set up entirely on the ‘green field’ side with the heavily-subscribed Show & Shine surrounded by Trade Stands – plus a huge Autojumble area with Club Camping, General Camping and Family Camping around them.

VW Action has always been about the cars – particularly VW cars – both aircooled and watercooled (but expect to see some Detroit iron on the track too) – and no attraction has ever been included that would particularly attract or interest ‘non-VW fans’ just out for a party – sure, the ‘Happy Days Rock ‘n’ Roll’ themed Disco and Friday night’s ‘dance’ DJs will keep VW folk entertained during the evenings, as will the Indie bands in the Fuellers Bar – but they aren’t (and never will be) the raison d’etre for the event.
