This is an abused bus!

We start with stripping the foam from the roof or I should say the rusty water trap foam from the rotten filler covered roof.

Ooooof, that looks like shit - I have a Schwimmwagen with less rust than that

I thought the whole idea of sourcing a Yank was so you can get one without ‘Eurorot’ ?

Spent a while attacking the bus removing a few panels, still got the floors, I beams, jacking point, too hard, cross members etc etc to cut out.

Door gaps set, arches installed, bulkhead repaired, A posts repaired, inner valance installed, kick panel installed and windscreen inner dash area replaced!
