I notice the floor pans are painted before they are attached, do bond them in?

Stunning work
I love my little mirka Da at work, very easy to handle and reasonably priced I removed the air baffle on the exhaust on mine seems to run faster have more power only trouble is my compressor at home now struggles to run it properly

Cheers, yeah that wee DA is great although I tend to use it at a slow speed with extraction to try and keep the dust down.

certainly aint knocking the work as its top notch,but curious.......does that not cause the paint to blister around the weld area? just wondering how you deal with this or do you then re-prep the floor? or is it only the underside of the floor that gets painted before fitment?
