There’s a few steps...

I always do this in Desktop view.
Click ‘Post Reply’
Click ‘Manage Attachments’
Click ‘Choose File’ (select from phone or desktop)
Click ‘Upload’
(Add three more if you want)
Then ‘Close This Window’
Then type your reply
Then ‘Submit Reply’

In each of the Classified forums there is a sticky thread with instructions on how to attach images.

Here ya go . . .

https://www.volkszone.com/VZi/showthread.php?t=408317

UPLOADING PICS

When you hit 'New Thread' or 'Post Reply' (if you're already in a thread) below the box where you type your reply, there's a 'Manage Attachments' hotlink.

If you click that you'll get a pop up window where you can upload 4 images/files from your PC in each post.

If you need more than 4, just hit reply again after your post and add another 4. It'll all make sense if you click on 'Manage Attachments'.

(It doesn't work with 'Quick Reply' though . . . only 'New Thread', 'Post Reply' or 'Quote' - and I suggest using the full 'Desktop' view rather than the 'Mobile' version.)

Hope that helps.
