Readers Rides Post pics, specs and build-up stories of your vehicles - or even your garages here. Also interesting stuff about your 'daily drivers' etc. or interesting cars you have seen on your travels, even motors-based TV shows you can recommend. Please, no 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your 'business', links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled 'What's My Car Worth?' threads and "Who Can Sell Me A . . ." posts.

Yeah, got a new wire feed liner off ebay for 3.99 posted.

I'm busy sorting out my camper at the moment so the bug is on hold for a while.

Still no more progress on the bug. Been busy welding the bus up for its MOT in a week or so time.
Can't wait to get stuck in and rip out the channels though.

Thinking of converting it to IRS and fitting a type 3 autobox so my missus can drive it.

I've been rebuilding the original 1300SP motor it came from the factory with over the past couple of evenings as i haven't had the time when its been daylight to get cutting the heater channels out.
Managed to source a couple of lengths of 2x2" steel to brace the door gaps with though.

Was hoping to get the engine rebuilt and running on my test stand but now realise i'm missing a heat exchanger as one was badly rusted out.
Shame as with a baffleless stock exhaust and straight through tailpipes it'll wake the neighbourhood up nicely.

I have also been playing with photoshop again.

firewall and rear guttering is here waiting for you dude. will need a bit of a clean up but better than fabricating the whole panel yourself!
