one owner 60,000km good but not perfect ,front wings fibreglass new drivers door fitted rest of car solid what agreed value insurance should i be seeking thank

For insurance I'd be thinking 6k, it's actual worth is probably less but an agreed 6k would certainly get you a replacement should the worst happen.
