It was booked into a few local shows but thats not happening now.
I can't get the enthusiasm together to drag it out of the garage and use it.

I know what you mean dude, I'd to force myself to take mine out a few times recently, felt a lot better afterwards though!

Just relax in the knowledge that I'm jealous of your dash!
Looks great
Good photography
Remember you don't have to take it to a show to show it just drive the car and everyone will see it

I might see about it at the weekend. Its forecast galeforce winds up here for the next couple of days.

Just bought a pair of 60w pod speakers to fit under the dash as i don't want to cut holes in the 50 year old uncut door panels. They'll sit on the parcel shelf nicely and should provide at least a bit of sound to the front of the car.

Speakers arrived this morning.
Only took 3 days by royal mail too. I've been waiting 12 days for a tube of seam sealer to arrive so i can seal up the repairs on my caravelle.

Excellent news, Postage is wildly variable at the minute. I waited 5 weeks for battery that never arrived. then 2 weeks for a refund. I ordered else where and had it in my hands within 22 hours. Its difficult to plan when delivery can take 1 to 35 days or not at all!

Yeah, post has been a bit odd lately. I've had 2nd class stuff arrive in 2 days and 1st class take a week (or more).

I fitted the wee 60w pod speakers on the under dash shelf. They sound a bit tinny with the volume turned way up (well over 25 on the volume - i think 50 is max) and as they're only 75mm theres not a lot of base.
They're better than nothing, though barely.
I might fit a sub and amp in a box behind the back seat. Or maybe try and get the amplified bazooka base tube i spotted in the back of a mates garage a while ago.

Attempted to take a panorama piccy of the interior. Couldn't keep steady while turning so its a little lumpy.

Retrotastic! That's a cracking interior pic.
I've only speakers in the rear of mine, been tempted to fit a third behind the actual speaker grill in the front but haven't got around to it
