you can use beads to balance the tyre out, mostly a commercial tyre thing, but common in the states.

My local tyre guy just uses the adapter for transit van wheels to balance my wide 5's...

Hi never had my radars or steels balanced on my split and never had a wobble even over 70. And a friend in 29 years of ownership of his split has never had them balanced either .
If you do get a wobble it will be down to more than just the balance of your rims .
So the answer is no.
