Before anyone jumps up & down I know we only got to see a fraction of the evidence, and lots of people believe the dcumentary was very one sided.

But personally I was shocked at how the entire investigation was run.

Agree completely, unbelievable how the young nephew was convicted as well!
Very strange evidence! im not sure how a car could have been planted though!
Lots of different theories about it all though, from the brother of the victim, to one of the Averys family. But certainly the police could not explain in anyway who / why or where she was killed.

I even signed the petition to get this re-looked at

In the sense of the prosecution?

Did it try and link the nephew and Averys case , they were dealt with separately the nephew case was even worse (weaker, shocking ) than Averys

The investigation was completely backwards - they took one suspect and worked back from there. They only ever had one suspect. Prosecution had no choice but to work with what they had. Crazy.

I haven't read anything on the Dassey case.

I'm not on Netflix but if any of these are, I'd recommend them:

Blue Bloods
The Wire
The Sopranos
Breaking Bad
Suits (silly lawyer nonsense but good fun)
Shield (I don't mean the Marvel one, it's about a corrupt cop)

Finished Making a Murderer last night. Stephen Avery and Brendan Dassey have suffered a massive miscarriage of justice by the look of things. Just watched the first episode of Jessica Jones. Great!
