Help! I'm trapped in here

Default VIN plates...

Does anyone re-stamp new VIN plates with a cars details? Just re-painted a bug and had to remove the old tatty VIN plate before we primed it, seems a shame to put the old thing back onto the new paint!

Any ideas?

tatty in what way? if it's just grubby then you could hit it with some brasso to clean it up!!

Tatty as in, it looks like someone else before me tried to remove it with a hammer and chisel...

just leave it off then... but if the mot man asks you where it is, tell him it wasn't there when you got it!!
