Was going to suggest Dennis Cove too!! I stayed there with a few friends in September last year for my birthday weekend and it was just what we needed! Extremely clean and tidy, great little pitches and a very friendly number of staff! Does get dark and quiet quickly there as it doesnt have a clubhouse or lighting around the small site but suited us just right!!
Was a 5min cycle ride into Padstow and we loved it! We cycled the whole of the Trail on the saturday and it was fantastic! I will be returning at some point this september too!
(Bonus was that they seemed very VW friendly with the lower pitching area taken by 3Splits, 2Bays, a few LT Motorhomes and a T5 which was awesome to have a nose around!!
