Chat/Discussion Kind of like a VW club online - you can sit in our virtual pub and talk about whatever you want to. All opinions are valid, but please no insulting (other than to our intelligence,) abusive or libellous posts. Please feel free to post your opinion on any given subject, but also be aware that others have the equal right to disagree with you - and some will certainly tell you so. No 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your business, links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (please use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled "What's my car worth?" threads too (please use the 'Dude! What's My Car Worth?' forum) - and please don't use just to post links to other VW forums or websites - we are aware that other sites exist (obviously), but blatant 'plugs' (poaching) will simply be deleted.

Default Car SOS Bug

Anyone else spot this?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Beetle...bac0%7Ciid%3A1

Graphics and rear plate not to my taste but would have been a well built car........in the nicest colour

Can’t have meant that much to them if they’re selling it.

Me and a mate are quite sad and would have checked reg's of wheeler dealer and sos cars on vehicle enquiry site. I remember that one wasn't on the road after the show must have been garaged away until it was taxed in June. Growing family I suppose 6.5k gets a decent suv, I nearly did the same myself.

I like Car SOS, but I never liked that beetle. Wrong colour, hate the graphics and the stance is all wrong in my opinion. Just saying!

P.S. Towel rails and Empi 8's don't mix either.

It is a wrongun. A late Beetle with an early front end, nasty. EMPI 8s only look any good on a late Beetle with Black centres and polished rims.

You spot that in ad pics

Lowered with the right wheels and a proper decklid and I'd say it would look the part. Think that was the 2nd episode ever and the most modifying that they've ever done.

Anti roll bar is on upside down too, I spotted that when they did the reveal on TV.

Early front wings with late bonnet is a no-no in anyone's book surely!
