Still not got owt else done due to the wind/rain.
Think i've now got all the bits i need (apart from seals and door hinge pins) to complete the body though.

Sounds good I bet my mum loves me her shed is full of beetle parts I nearly have everything for the body and chassis I got a nice tax rebate wich the mrs dousent no about so I spent it all on the beetle haha

Must be nice getting a tax rebate before xmas.

Both my parents shed, greenhouse and garage are full of my bug bits. Problem is they are over 100 miles away so i can't empty them.

I done a bit more the last few nights mainly boring stuf getting paint of but I did a bit of repair work to night it's not much but Im happy because I should get the back finished tomorrow night fingers crost to

Right the back is prity much done I have just Orderd a rear valance so I just need to weld that on last repair on the back I cut the heater Chanel away a bit there wich gave me more room to do my repair but it needid doing any way because it was weldid to the floor pan. tomorrow I will be moving onto the front yay

To day I started on the front nice cold day just to keep me awake a lot of the time was spent removing filler and paint so I started on the front windscreen I was a worried how I was going to do it but I just took my time and it looks prity good here is a few pics and then working my way on to left side I removed all of the filler and paint then I started patching the top my dad also gave me a early Christmas present a original roof rack all metal and T shape handle for the boot yay

Front 1/4 top repair looks good. Gotta do that to mine too.

Ye it needs repaires all the way down really I found a screw driver the same size of the hoop at the edge so I bent the sheet round that you need to get working on yours man get a gazebo set up or somthing

I bought a couple of bodycuts off jimbeetle on here which are solid. Mines rotten all the way along.

Been clearing the garden of rubbish etc so theres space to fit a gazebo. Andelise mentioned about a car tent a while ago.

Ahh cool that's good then myn is really rotten at the gutter bit infrunt of the windscreen I need a body cut for that really that's it thats what you want you can work on your beetle when ever then.
