Aircooled Mechanical Tech A Q & A Forum devoted to Aircooled Mechanical Issues. Got a problem? Then ask in here. Please, no 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your 'business', links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled 'What's My Car Worth?' threads and "Who Can Sell Me A . . ." posts.

I tend to borrow my works issue prescription safety specs....
When some of the staff have said "why do you take them home and use them?" My reply is that I'm sure work won't mind me borrowing my specs for home use - as if I had to have time off for something in my eye that I've done at home it's a bigger loss to them than me going back to the opticians for a new pair of specs I've ruined on the weekend....
