That way, you get access to a much larger selection of content:

Netflix UK: 3429 movies/shows

Netflix USA: 7169 movies/shows

Some of them are on both, so the total available is 8907 movies/shows :-)

It doesn't matter what your address is or where your card is registered, they only look at the IP address you connect from to decide where you are and the VPN connection makes me appear to be connecting from San Clemente, California!

I back up the previous suggestions, I've also just started watching Jessica Jones which seems pretty good so far.
If you get access to the US version, all 10 seasons of Supernatural are on there...personally I really like it, but I realise it is a bit of a marmite show for some. US also has all X Files and Twin Peaks series if you fancy going a bit retro
After all the suggestions on here (thanks everyone!) I don't need to open it up to the US version as I've got more than enough to be getting on with. I really only watch on a Friday and Saturday night if I've nothing else on.

Default netflix

Netflix lay out and availability of titles is less than lovefilm, but far better customer service.

Don't watch it much myself, but recommend

American Horror Story
Breaking Bad

Oh yeah, American Horror Story is pretty good too. Haven't got into the second series yet though. Small doses.

Default American Horror Story

The second series is far more graphic, with a super natural, Sci fi element .
pretty good me thinks.

Was a massive Dexter fan but brace yourself for the worst ending to a series ever, totally ruined it for me and can not watch any episodes again, total opposite to Breaking Bad which had a great ending. Fargo is amazing, see separate thread , second season is even better.

I recently binge watched The Good Wife, it's really good but season 5 nearly broke me but I can't spoil it
