Readers Rides Post pics, specs and build-up stories of your vehicles - or even your garages here. Also interesting stuff about your 'daily drivers' etc. or interesting cars you have seen on your travels, even motors-based TV shows you can recommend. Please, no 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your 'business', links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled 'What's My Car Worth?' threads and "Who Can Sell Me A . . ." posts.

EMPIs?! Wash your mouth out.

I'm just back from prodding holes in it so there is more pressing work to address before the consideration of attaching the ugliest wheels ever to grace a bug.

I bet if you leave it dirty long enough and keep posting photos, you can force another VZier into coming round and washing it for you.

Sweeney, he’s looking at you. Shall I fill a bucket?

And so to bed. Unceremoniously draped in an ill fitting car cover whilst I await collection of the unwelcome furniture taking up my much needed garage space.

Soon Sunny....soon.

G’night John Boy.

Keith Seume once captioned a photo of a bug project 'Missing tail pipe will hurt performance'.

I'd start there...

It's about time, amigo. Welcome back to the land of sombreros, skinned knuckles and industrial grade swearing.

Cool. Looking forward to following your progress.

Edited to add: I have next to no Beetle stuff left in my garage, but I do occasionally stumble across the odd thing. Most recently that was a fusebox/relay holder and some gaskets. I’m looking forward to an excuse to offload them on you.
