Aircooled Mechanical Tech A Q & A Forum devoted to Aircooled Mechanical Issues. Got a problem? Then ask in here. Please, no 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your 'business', links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled 'What's My Car Worth?' threads and "Who Can Sell Me A . . ." posts.

Just a standard replacement exhaust mate... can't remember the make. if you shake it, though, you can hear large sections of it rattling around- something's definitely off with it! might open it up to look in a week or so.

This is what Weber recommends for dual ICT's: Mains 1.35 - Air 1.60 - Idle .60 - Pump .50 - E tubes F76 - 3 lbs, regulated fuel pressure @ 3,400 RPM, float levels set correctly. Timing set to 31 degs. max, BTDC @ 3,400 RPM

I didn't think to ask about the exhaust but yup, that'll strangle the shit out of the engine.
A silencer with perforated straight through tube is all you need. The quality of the packing will determine the loudness of the exhaust.
