Aircooled Mechanical Tech A Q & A Forum devoted to Aircooled Mechanical Issues. Got a problem? Then ask in here. Please, no 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your 'business', links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled 'What's My Car Worth?' threads and "Who Can Sell Me A . . ." posts.

How do you like the R9 setup?

It's one of those things that I've regularly eyed up, but you read mixed reviews and it's quite an investment.

Any insights would be really useful!

Iíve had mine for 10+ yrs on my SWB buggy and I love it ! as the buggy is so light (730kg) it allows me to easily adjust the damping for different journeys ie if Iím out blasting round the country lanes or a regular motorway runs from Cornwall to London, It handles great. The cost of them now is quite prohibitive though! When I bought mine I think it was £1200 !

Great, cheers!

You're right, I think they are around £1,800 now.
