Theres very few news stories about the number of people who have recovered, like the 80 year old with lung cancer i read about a couple of days ago who is now fully recovered and has been sent home.

I try and watch the news once a day only. Evening time just to catch up on the days events.
Got history with anxiety also so have to keep tabs on that.

I'm a bit like you guys, I don't really suffer anxiety but have been finding that the more I watch the more I feel overwhelmed with it all so still watch and keep up to date but thats it.
