Chat/Discussion Kind of like a VW club online - you can sit in our virtual pub and talk about whatever you want to. All opinions are valid, but please no insulting (other than to our intelligence,) abusive or libellous posts. Please feel free to post your opinion on any given subject, but also be aware that others have the equal right to disagree with you - and some will certainly tell you so. No 'For Sale' or 'Want To Buy' ads, plugs for your business, links to 'for sale' ads or Ebay links to your (or your mate's) auction (please use the VZi 'Classifieds' section) - this also includes thinly veiled "What's my car worth?" threads too (please use the 'Dude! What's My Car Worth?' forum) - and please don't use just to post links to other VW forums or websites - we are aware that other sites exist (obviously), but blatant 'plugs' (poaching) will simply be deleted.

Our local tesco doesn't have them in anymore. They used to always be in the cereal isle for some reason but were removed after complaints. Who complains about Hotwheels cars in the cereal isle FFS?

Supermarkets differ vastly with stocking these and Matchbox, lots of Tesco stores have sold all the Matchbox off cheap so presumably aren't going to stock them, some have a tiny plastic box full or a few hanging strips, others have a huge selection - my local Asda and Waitrose have hundreds.

I would look at getting them in bulk and selling them individually but the post is 2.80 each even though they weigh nothing, just not worth it.

I keep looking on ebay but most are 5-6 each when they are only a quid or so in the shops.
Asda have a huge 3ft high wire basket full of them. Last time i was in there the kid in front of me at the checkout had a hotwheels beachbomb like this:

I went and looked and didn't find one. I got a golf metalflake manx buggy though.

Ok so not 'New' but found these in local charity shop for 50p each.

The last 3 were really just to round it up to a fiver.

That's a good score, I've never seen them in a charity shop unless they're bashed about and displayed in a plastic bucket.

It is odd to have them still packaged.

I reckon someone had been naughty and mum/wife lobbed em down the charity shop.

The 'mite' one is bonkers. I just wouldn't be able to keep them packaged
