Default spray bug matt black

I'm based in Desborough, Northants. Would like my bugs bodywork sanding so its smooth with the small rust bubbles sorted then a matt black paint job, anyone on here? price in mind?

From the photos..it doesnt look toooo bad, but for an acurate estimate these things need to be looked at. Spray painting is all about the prep,and im afraid to say you do get what you pay for in the paint trade.
Was you thinking of a full colour change? dashboard, inside the doors etc
Spending between 1000 1500 qwid would get you a prity good job that doesnt fall off up the road.
Matt blacks a good one for hiding the odd ripple, but its rust that comes back.
Poor prep round windows is a clasic.......green under the black...nasty
aaaaaarrr.....leave it green...
Dont open up a can of worms.

I wouldve if it was an original colour but it is actually a later volkswagen factory paint, it was yellow which can be saw in the engine bay still in pieces!

thats my mrs satin black bug. shes learning to drive and has already bumped so im forever touching up but its easy to get a colour match

yeah< think I am going to do a home job, it come out well for you, and if Im paying 1000 plus for a paint job and the garage says its not going to come out perfect in matt black whats the point?

do it yourself man, i've matt blacked 3 cars now, they looked good enough and cost about 30 in paint.
