Default Win Tickets to Vanwest 2020

WIN TICKETS TO VANWEST 2020 with A-Plan

Its Hell’s Kitchen time at A-Plan and I need your help.
At Vanwest, I cook for my colleagues and they want something new and this is where you can help.

In the comments section, post your signature dish that you cook at shows, and the one selected will win 2 x Family Adult Weekend tickets for Vanwest (held on 8 – 10 May 2020)

I am vegetarian and my colleagues are meat eaters so any dish will be considered so get posting.

The winning dish will be cooked by me at the show and a photo posted on Facebook as a thank you.

We have had an amazing response already and some great suggestions ( and one that really made me laugh )

Get posting and you could enjoy a FREE weekend at Vanwest on us.

Dan

Some of the suggestions so far.

My specialty is two pot spag bol, i also have friends who are vegan so one pot gets steak mince, the other quorn. other ingredients include onion, garlic, fresh tomatoes (blended) mushrooms, mixed peppers and if i'm pushing the boat out for the meat eaters, fine chopped smokey bacon. season with ground sea salt, pepper, mixed herbs and a dash of paprika and serve on a bed of spaghetti topped off with grated cheese.

Pan fried aubergine with honey and harissa can have chicken cooked separately on the side for meat eaters and serve with packet Mediterranean couscous yumm

and the one that made me laugh..

Pot noodles, all vegan friendly and lots to choose from, Bombay Bad Boy, Brazilian BBQ Steak, Chinese Chow Mein, Piri Piri Chicken and Beef and Tomato. About sums up my culinary skills.
