Default 17's on a squareback

I am just having some porsche booster 17s refurbed to go on my 73 square. I have gone for 17x7 all round but having trouble deciding what size tyres to go for. If I should stagger the size or not. At the moment I am thinking 195/40 front 205/40 rear.
Any opinions or photos would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I had 205/45/17 on my 17x7 et 55 cups.

I had 205/40/17 on my cayenne alloys 17x7.5 et53

I also have a type 3 Porsche 944 front brake setup for sale if you want to do the 5x130 conversion properly.

All fitted to my 72 notch.
