So currently have 8mm feed and return lines in my bug as it's fuel injection.
With all the nasty brake hose eating ethanol they are putting in fuel these days I'm a bit worried and looking to replace it.
Firstly I was going to run 8mm teflon/ptfe lines front to back but that stuff ain't cheap. Weirdly it seems the stainless reinforced stuff is cheaper than the woven nylon coated stuff. Anyone know why?
Anyway I cane to the conclusion it would be best just to run copper front the back and buy a meter of PTFE to link it as is clampable but I'm struggling to find any 8mm INTERNAL DIAMETER copper and don't really want to reduce the size of my lines.
Anyone any ideas? I do all this on a tiny budget so no race car fuel line suggestions please!
