Working on the cab doors, hinges has been gas cut off years ago and are seized on the pins.

Luckily we have genuine ones to put back on.

With the outriggers ready to fit we start to remove the chassis from the jig, it will be reblasted, colour coded primed then have all the closing panels welded on.

Will be watching this one with interest. Seems that over the past ten years, the level of detail people are going to, in order to restore van's has ramped up to a whole new level! Who say's you can't do a 'body off' on a type 2
