Thanks for the information.

A few other questions:
Are you using a computer, smartphone or tablet?
Which operating system (i.e. Windows 7, Windows XP, Android, Mac OS X 10.7, iOS 5, etc.)?
Which browser (Internet Explorer 9, Google Chrome, Mobile Safari, etc.)?

Richard

Thanks. What is IE9 doing? Any error messages? Or is it the site loads with general sluggishness?

No error messages, just freezes the browser, clouds over white for a minute then might take another minute or so for the page to download or it freezes permanently and crashes the browser

Just happened again after i replied to a post. Its REALLY annoying and never happened before the takeover so you really need to get your shit together!

This is the error i got:

Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.volkszone.com
Suggestions:
Try reloading the page
Search on Google:

Im on a Macbook Air, OSX 10.6.8, running Chrome, although it happens in Firefox too.

I know your on it and appreciate your help, but its really annoying and been going on since the takeover - so ages!

What are you using: Computer/Phone/Tablet?

I'm confident we'd be able to put these issues right if there was an obvious problem at our end. The fact we're unable to reproduce the problem on any our machines or devices makes this very difficult to troubleshoot and fix. We're even using independent system monitoring providers, multiple web monitors in the UK, and none of them are reporting any errors as they constantly test the site 24x7. So it's not just our systems saying the site is functioning okay. It's also third-party systems that are setup specifically for the purpose of error detection.

I know this doesn't make it any less frustrating for you. But it's not like we're sitting on our hands doing nothing. We're doing everything within our power to figure this problem out and the exact cause.
