Default Help With A Company Logo

Hi,

I need some help with a logo that ive designed for my business,
ive got the 2 pictures that ive attached to this thread, I basically just need them overlapping so that the text appears on the picture with no white boundary around it,

id like the positioning as it shows in the last pic, obviously without the white box blocking the picture out,
can anybody with half a computer brain help me, all I'm any good at is Paint, and that doesn't quite cut it,

any help would be much appreciated!

Your components (particularly the lettering) are 'lo-resolution' - here's what using them produced . . .

Here's a hi-resolution version, using the closest font I could find quickly . . .

(In both cases, click on the image for bigger versions. )
