Airbrushing a Vw splitscreen Panelvan Ratlook. Son wanted a fast colour change on his van..so we went RAT aged look without the rust
When my lad brought his splitty the colour was yellow and blue. My son did not like it as it was, so wanted a fast colour change without the cost and time of preping and repainting.
I got to work with the other half. first put some coats of paint on then airbrushed.
Gets better when you don't wash it...after a few weeks of road dirt etc.
Would like to do a few more as enjoyed doing it.
At least it had a few more coats of paint on it until a resto can be done..preserving it for many more years...so all good.
I know not to everyones taste..but hey we like to be different from the norm
