Dunno about you guys running lowered beetles, but my beetle eats these things for breakfast! I have found good reviews on these..ordered some so gonna try them..
Very very durable unlike the rubbish rubber ones that get chewed up every year come MOT time...
How hard are they to change on a late bay. My van has just failed its mot on it. The bloke in the garage didn't want to do it, said its a pig of a job. My brother seems to think he can do it, having done a few on golfs, but I'm not sure since the garage didn't want to do it.

The puma adjusters are on their lowest setting and I only gained about an inch, so I'm gonna have to put it back up a bit when the drop splindles go on, but will I...
Had a look under the front of my bus today (1973 bay with discs on the front beam) and the ball joint boots are split on the nearside.
Time is a little short for the MOT now and so in order to be prepared for next weekend, I am getting things ready.
I'm going to order a set of rubber boots...
My Pashat is lowered considerably front and rear, recently had MOT done and the geezer suggested raising it at the front (I did smile at his crazy suggestion) as the balljoints are at full stretch.
I know you can get modded balljoints for the aircools, but are there any on the market...
Does anyone know somewhere in the Medway or wider Kent area that can press my old ball joints out of my bug trailing arms and the new ones in??
Thanks in advance for your help...
PS Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum so apologies if I am not. :p
Hi I have set of disc brakes with all the parts that i bought second hand. I have read a few articles on fitting these and some say it is a simple bolt on job. What i would like to know is do i need to remove the arms to have new balljoints pressed in and do the balljoints have to be pressed...
