I got my replacement floor pans a week or so ago and have found that the quality isn't up to what I expected. (They are repros but I assumed this just meant the fit might not be perfect and the metal was a lower gauge).
All over the pressings they seem to be wavey sections as though...

I'm rebuilding a 1972 1302 and have got the body off and started cutting out all the old rust and rot. The bottom of my bulkhead is rotten and literally coming off in my hands but the top is solid as rock!

left & right sills different ??
I purchased our Bay t2 with a lot of work already done. The left hand sill appears to be 4cm deep . The righ side however is only 2cm and does not meet the cross sections? Is the sill wrong or has he cut the cross sections (or whatever they are called) off too...
Have just removed every nut and bolt holding the body to the floor pan, and still won’t budge:confused: Could the body be welded to the floor pan or have I missed something?
