One of my heads is knackered, picked one up off eBay and that's worse, so what have people got lurking in the corner of their garage? As long as it isn't cracked not bothered on condition. Thanks

I've been trying to sort the exhaust on my Type 4 engine. Someone had put a stainless bolt in place of one of the studs into the cylinder head. When I've taken it out, the stainless has galled in the aluminium and dragged the thread out of the head. Anyone know what to do with this? I reckoned...
