Anyone after a 3-pin 12v 21w x2 + 5w indicator relay? After recommendation, I bought it for my bus, but unfortunately it's not suitable for me as I have hazard lights as well so need a different one :(

I have found a relay in amongst a box of things to do with my 1970 1500 Beetle

Well two men a buggy that and get lights to work.
First of all bonnet bolted on
no high beam - -> changed the relay seemed to work tried it 10 times no fault.
Put the body dash windscreen back on and now only have side lights no high or low beam.
Does this sound like another relay fault?
