ill use this as a chance to ask..

what would you recommend as a main course to go with a king prawn start, fingy? :)

what are you going to do with the prawns
heres a nice idea

i whole bulb of garlic peeed and crushed
1/2 red chilli chopped and de seeded
1 inch of fresh ginger shredded
1/2 lime squeezed
chopped fresh corriander
olive oil ( or peanut oil)
fresh spinnach

oil in pan add garlic chili ginger dont burn add prawns peeled( or shell on) saute for 2.5 mins then add corrieander and lime juice put on to of the spinnach ( raw ) .. tasty healthy and finger licking to

main course

sea bass / chicken breast /rib eye . all go nice with prawns

id cook it simple as in george forman grill it serve with steamed veg( baby corns mange toute shredded carrots brocoli and asparagus ) just butter and black cracked pepper the veg then go for a simple sauce ( no cream ) mustard & mushroom gravy for the rib eye lemon butter for the sea bass and chervil taragagon and butter for the chicken ..

pudding

fruit crumble and custard or somthing over the top chocolate :D

decided she wants king prawn starter but doesnt know what she wants for main course! Women eh.
veggies use tofu instead of prawns or asparagus is good too

for mains .. just have the veg easy

heres a tip

make a salsa as in chopped cherry tomatoes diced red onion diced peppers and diced cucumbers then add a massive dollop of mango chutney and some corriander and a poon of white wine vinager ..
