alternative wheel ideas
hi after a fairly long time mothballed im gona bring my bug out next year and am in need of insperation for a new set of wheels, probly 17s.
need to see lots of alteratives from the norm,
what ya got what have ya seen what you like.
loads of pics please never thought it woukd be so hard!

i am with u on the wheels front i aint got a clue what to buy and i need some new ones b4 i lower my bug cos the wheels the prv owner but on r just to wide there is so many to choose from.
there is so many to choose from.Have you looked at the boyd coddington range of billet wheels? As seen on the convertable bug from the US in last months Volksworld?

thats the trouble nice rims boyds but nice price, im on a budget sold my bike new carpets for house, disc kit for split what ever is left for my bug.

I know what you mean. I think I may go for a German looker with porsche 2 cups
yeh ive looked at the boyds but only gona have about 500 quid all in tried sum vaux sigma rims on today no tyres 18 by 8 et41 and blowme they actualy fit under the wings just gona need sum silly low profile tyres on the front.
when air let out on suspension rim is about an inch from the wing and they just look kin huge !!
