i used to ride when i was smaller and i just got me a new bike back together but im pants now

here's ma new ride....

it used to belong to Steve Crandell who owns FBM, i won it in a comp back in the summer but done it up since then.

the only guy out of our original bmx crew who still rides is Marv who happens to have his first proper interview in Ride this month!

i dont think i can keep up with it all now. been toooo many years

Up until a couple if years ago yeah.
I have a black standard STA, everyone else quite so it kinda faded away.
Really miss riding, sounds cliche but it's the only time I really feel free......right before I wrap my nuts round a hand rail

This is only pic I have.....

i really miss my bmx. i had to stop after i smashed up my knees in an industrial accident.

eventually sold my bike on ebay.

i'll try and dig out a picture but it was an old school s&m dirt bike (1" head tube) with hoffman super forks, s&m castillo bars, 70's one piece crank (i snapped two three piece cranks and went back to one piece) and chainring, 70's 5" pegs, a velo seat (same as primo primo hemorrhoid) primo pedals and peregrine super pro wheels. it was a superb street bike and pretty hot on dirt too although the super forks were heavy!

spent many happy years at livingston skate park.

:hangloose

what sort of problems did you have?

ive had the KHE one a while now and have noticed it starting to sound a bit grindy inside  other than that ive had no troubles:)

bought it after seeing bruce crisman's part in the facad vid:)

not anymore... but I used to... a long time ago.

I broke loads of ribs, I always try and remember how many, but it was something like 5 broken and 2 fractured or something.
Broke my sternum, punctured my lung and crushed my heart.

It kind of hurt.
