Any Landlords etc on?

My tenancy agreement was a 6 month one. Its up on 12th Dec.
I want to move out it 1 month, so 1 month early.
Where do i stand?

I'd assume you have to pay the additional month - but could be wrong!

Best bet is talk to your Landlord . . . if he/she can get someone else in quickly . . . they may let you off

Yeah, thats as i thought.
I'd be cutting my losses by moving out anyway, like the council tax etc.
I rent through an agency, so imagine they may have others waiting for houses in my area.
