4 star rating? What a joke!
I saw their work on Saturday while working on my Beetle down in Rye. My brother showed me their work that had be carried out on Mercedes W111 Parts. All I can say is that's it's appalling, it's akin to sunny climate chrome on on Brazilian beetle bumpers. If you can get your money & parts back I strongly advise that you do.
Your also not the only one who has suffered terrible customer service either.

Further on in his thread/post he states that he got his grille back albeit without the special plywood box he made and sent it in and I think he got his money back too. Still, a lot of faffing about for nothing at the end of the day.

I'm not sure what's happened since he made the video but it appears to have been removed. By whom and why I do not know.
Edit. He had his credit card refunded so I assume he removed the video himself.
edit: His credit card company refunded him not the chromers!
