That is pure class, what merc are they using as a donor? I'd say there would be some money in all the finishing parts for something like that. Still a fraction of the cost of an original.

Apparantly the guy in France kits are based on an slk.
I know historic car auctions had a dino replica which ferrari lawyers told them to remove from sale.
Mercedes have gone after businesses,
Guess buyer beware.
A friendb of mine is building an f40 based on a 308 with logbook as per original, with original f40 front and rear claims. Got a ferrari v8 , 4.7cc ?
It's a late engine out of a maserati.
He hopes its enough to avoid legal action .
