Just wondering if the Autometer Phantom Oil Temp Gauge is any good and whats it like to fit?

i am just putting an autometer temp gauge into my bus.
got the thing mounted up front and now putting a temp probe in where the sump plug was on the engine.
i will let you know how i get on !!

i modified the right hand side of the speedo pod - where a clock would be on the delux bus.
mine had a weird wavy bit of metal there.
so i unscrewed that and carefully drilled it to fit the band clamp on the temp gauge.
i will get a photo if i can...
and like i said now im putting in the sensor and hopefully it will work and i will start to shit myself over how hot the engine is running !!! HAHAH !!

haha yeh thats what i will be doing my engine over heated on way to rtts... AGAIN!
