Hi,
My question is, upgrading a clutch release bearing to a later type.

Early baywindow.
Im wanting to change the release bearing and arm to the later type. Ive seen you can get a kit that is an interference fit into the oil seal (snout that is).
Ive also heard its a better idea to get the bolt on type snout. Later g/box bellhousings have the three threaded bolt holes from the factory. At what year did the bellhousing have these?
Mines a '70.
I either get bolt holes made or get aa later bellhousing.
Any thoughts on this?

Cheers
